DELink says 'Unable to connect to the DELight' or programs unreliably on my PC.

Solution

Some PC USB ports provide less voltage than a USB port is supposed to. If you own a powered USB hub, try connecting the DELink through that instead of directly to your PC. This will often fix the problem.

Also, if you have all of your lights connected while the DELight is powered over USB, make sure you are not pulling too much power. Standard USB ports (and DELink) can only supply 500 mA of current. If the USB port is browning out the connection will not reliable.
