Bricked 2x32, Error On during/after firmware update

An interruption of power or communication during a firmware update might cause 2x32 to get stuck in an error state.

Power down the 2x32 completely so that the LEDs are off. Then reconnect the USB to DEScribe.

Do not click "connect and download/upload" buttons. Instead go directly to the Update Firmware in Tools and try again. This usually pushes the update through and resets.
